Since 1982, we've been making preserves in our Northern Michigan storefront kitchen. Our skilled crew still prepares fruit by hand and cooks it with care in small-batch copper kettles. We work directly with a dedicated group of Michigan farmers and foragers who grow and gather the distinctive fruit varieties we love, prized for generations for their flavor and character. As a small, family-owned company, we exist to find, capture, and preserve flavors you won't find anywhere else.
American Spoon is hiring Seasonal Holiday Customer Experience Associates for our call center. In this role, you'll take inbound phone orders for our handcrafted preserves, jams, sweet toppings, and savories, all made in Petoskey and shipped to customers across the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada.
We're looking for people who can start in November and work 25–40 hours a week. Candidates with at least one weekend day or evening available will be given priority. Paid training takes place in late October or early November.
