The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial M&A Intern to join our team in Berlin.
You’ll work directly with the two founders on everything from sourcing and deal evaluation to outreach and early integration. No layers, no corporate politics - just meaningful work with real exposure.

What You’ll Work On

• Partner Sourcing & Identification 
• Outreach Activities 
• Analysis of Financial Statements 
• Valuations & Deal Structuring 
• Support in all DD processes 
• Presentations to the Investment Committee
  
  

What You’ll Learn

• How to actually execute M&A - from thesis to handshake.
• How to assess great businesses beyond spreadsheets.
• How to scale through partnerships, not just capital.
• How to operate fast, structured, and founder-first.

What We’re Looking For

• Studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• First experience in M&A, PE/VC, consulting, or  startup.
• Solid Excel & PowerPoint - financial modeling is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in German & English
