The Role

In this high-impact leadership role, you are the primary driver of value creation across our portfolio. You will act as a strategic partner and operator for all portfolio companies and work directly at the executive level, primarily with their managing directors to professionalize and scale their businesses.

Your mission is twofold: Leading the hands-on execution of PMI and Operations, while simultaneously driving GTM, Pricing, and Growth initiatives. At the group level, you will architect a centralized Value Creation Engine, building the scalable frameworks that define how our group operates and grows.




What You’ll Work On

  • Implement GTM strategies and new pricing models across the portfolio to drive immediate top-line impact and improve unit economics.
  • Design and build the group’s centralized "Growth Machine," developing standardized playbooks, CRM infrastructures, and automated growth tools for portfolio-wide deployment.
  • Take full ownership of complex, cross-functional growth projects, ensuring professional structure, clear milestones, and high-quality delivery.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end integration of new acquisitions into the group’s ecosystem, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
  • Identify and resolve structural bottlenecks during critical growth phases, ensuring operational stability in highly dynamic environments.
  • Work closely with PortCo leadership to realize group-wide synergies and minimize operational overhead through centralized shared services.


What We’re Looking For

  • Background: 2+ years at a top-tier management consultancy combined with 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Chief of Staff, Venture Developer, or Project Lead in a high-growth scale-up.
  • Exceptional Project Management skills, with a proven ability to structure and execute complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Practical experience in building GTM motions and optimizing pricing strategies, with a focus on scalable and data-driven results.
  • A strong "get it done" attitude with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and ground-level implementation.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient professional who excels in navigating ambiguity and delivering professional excellence under pressure.
