The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial M&A Intern to join our team in Berlin.
You’ll work directly with the two founders on everything from sourcing and deal evaluation to outreach and early integration. No layers, no corporate politics - just meaningful work with real exposure.

What You’ll Work On

• Support deal sourcing and evaluate targets on financials, strategic fit, and integration potential.
• Prepare clear memos and materials for founders, investors, and target companies.
• Lead strategic projects - from process automation to outbound and acquisition strategy.
• Streamline collaboration across M&A, Tech, Sales, and People.
• Contribute to post-merger integration.
• Work closely with the founders on key initiatives and daily priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• First experience in PE/VC, consulting, or startup.
• Solid Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
