About the role
Our Registrar’s Office plays an important role in creating a student experience that is organized, responsive, and supportive from registration through graduation. As the Associate Registrar for Records & Student Services, you'll bring people together, solve complex problems, and make systems work better. You’ll lead a talented student services team, helping create a culture where students, faculty, and staff receive gracious, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Beyond registration, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to important academic and operational decisions.
At Bethel, we believe administrative work can be deeply meaningful when it serves students and advances our mission. You’ll be part of a Christ-centered community where your leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellent service can make a tangible difference in the lives of students and in the work of the University.
