About the role

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and delivers skilled home-based occupational therapy under an authorized plan of care to improve safety, independence, and daily function.

What you will do

Complete assessments, establish and update treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, supervise delegated OTA/COTA services as applicable, document timely, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Active Nevada OT license and current BLS/CPR are required. Home health experience is preferred. Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance. Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
