About the role

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides delegated home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist and the established plan of care.

What you will do

Perform assigned treatment activities, document visits timely, communicate patient progress and changes, educate patients and caregivers, and follow Medicare, privacy, infection-control, safety, and agency standards.

Qualifications

Active Nevada PTA license and current BLS/CPR are required. Home health experience is preferred. Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance. Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
