We’re seeking a high-energy Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across our portfolio of restaurant brands. If you thrive on blending creative storytelling, local activations, and data-driven digital strategy, this is your recipe for success.

What You'll Do

• Drive Campaign Strategy: Own the integrated marketing calendar across multiple concepts—coordinating LTOs, seasonal promotions, local activations, and new store openings.
• Master Cross-Functional Go-To-Market: Partner closely with Operations, Digital, and Finance to ensure campaigns deliver guest excitement and seamless in-store execution.
• Lead Local Activations & Partnerships: Build high-impact relationships with key community partners—including local universities, the Greeley Stampede, and regional athletic programs.
• Leverage Tech & AI: Utilize modern marketing tools and progressive AI workflows to scale content production, track ROI, and optimize multi-channel performance.
• Manage Assets & Agencies: Direct vendor workflows, media agencies, creative briefs, and brand standards across digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Track & Optimize: Oversee marketing budgets, measure key metrics (loyalty, foot traffic, redemption), and run post-campaign playbooks for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location consumer brands.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project pipelines, and handle dynamic budgets.
• Digital & AI Savvy: Strong toolkit covering paid media, email/SMS, social, reputation management, and practical AI tools for marketing output.
• Community Focus: Passion for local field marketing, event activation, and authentic brand storytelling.
• Execution Mindset: High detail orientation with the agility to navigate both executive reporting and hands-on store activations.

Schedule & Logistics

• Role Structure: Hybrid model (~70% office-based, ~30% in-store, field, or event activations).
• Hours: 45–50 hours/week, with flexibility needed for evening/weekend community events and restaurant visits.
• Physical & Travel Expectations: Ability to travel locally between locations/events, set up promotional displays, and handle event logistics (ability to lift up to 20–30 lbs).
