Careers at Cirrascale

Webflow Web Engineer

About Cirrascale

Cirrascale Cloud Services provides high-performance cloud infrastructure purpose-built for deep learning, generative AI, and large-scale AI inference workloads. We specialize in dedicated GPU cloud solutions tailored to the unique needs of startups, research labs, and enterprise AI teams. Our mission is to accelerate AI innovation by combining powerful hardware with white-glove service and flexible, custom-built environments.

Job Summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is the expert neocloud built for Private AI. We run dedicated, bare-metal infrastructure across NVIDIA, AMD, Qualcomm, and Tenstorrent silicon for organizations that need to train, fine-tune, and run inference on their own data without public cloud exposure. Our customers are regulated enterprises, government agencies, research institutions, and the AI companies building frontier models.

For most of them, cirrascale.com is the first conversation they have with us. We’re hiring one person to own that surface end to end: how it looks, how it’s built, and how it gets found.

This is a hybrid role in the literal sense. You’ll design a landing page in Figma or Adobe in the morning and ship it in Webflow with custom code in the afternoon. You’ll also own how Cirrascale shows up in search, both the ten blue links and the AI answers that increasingly replace them. If you’d rather own a surface than work a ticket queue, this is that job.

You’ll sit on a growing marketing team that moves fast and ships often. Nobody here will hand you a wireframe and wait. You’ll be in the room where the campaign gets scoped, and you’ll build what comes out of it.

Key Responsibilities

Website design and development

  • Design, build, and maintain cirrascale.com in Webflow, including product pages, solution pages, the blog, and relevant landing pages.
  • Architect and maintain CMS collections so content, jobs, and partner pages scale without a rebuild each time.
  • Build campaign and event landing pages on deadline, often with copy still in motion.
  • Maintain a real design system in Webflow: components, classes, and variables that keep the site consistent as it grows.
  • Own page speed and Core Web Vitals and keep the site accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA. Several of our buyers are in the public sector, so this is a requirement rather than a preference.
  • QA across breakpoints, browsers, and devices before anything goes live.

Search and AI visibility (SEO and AEO)

  • Own technical SEO end to end: site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, and crawl health.
  • Build the keyword and topic strategy with the content team, and translate it into pages that actually rank.
  • Own answer engine optimization. Structure our content and entity data so Cirrascale gets cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google’s AI surfaces, not just indexed by them.
  • Manage crawler access, monitor AI citation share, and report on which pages are earning mentions.
  • Separate what works from what’s being sold as working. This field generates a lot of confident advice, some of it contradicted by the search engines themselves. We want someone who reads the primary source before implementing the tactic.
  • Report monthly on rankings, organic sessions, assisted pipeline, and AI citation coverage.

Design

  • Produce campaign creative across paid social, display, email, and web.
  • Design event and field marketing assets: booth panels, backdrops, handouts, and signage for industry tradeshows.
  • Lay out datasheets, solution briefs, and co-branded partner collateral in InDesign.
  • Build architecture and infrastructure diagrams that a technical reader will trust. Our audience will notice if the topology is wrong.
  • Work inside Cirrascale brand guidelines and improve them where they’re thin.

AI tooling

  • Use AI tools daily, and build with them, not just prompt them. We already run production marketing tools built this way.
  • Prototype interactive components, generate and test design variants, and automate the reporting work that would otherwise eat a day a week.
  • Bring your own stack. We care that you ship faster because of it, not which tool you picked.

Conversion and measurement

  • Own forms, CTAs, tracking, and landing pages in HubSpot, and keep the handoff to CRM clean.
  • Run A/B tests on pages that matter, and act on the results.
  • Work in GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot reporting. Know the difference between a metric that moved and a metric that mattered.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years designing and shipping marketing websites, with a portfolio of live URLs you can point to and explain.
  • Deep Webflow experience: CMS and collections, components, interactions, custom code embeds, and third-party attribute libraries such as Finsweet.
  • Hand-written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can debug the thing the Webflow UI can’t fix.
  • Technical SEO you have personally executed. Not “familiar with.” You’ve fixed a crawl issue, cut LCP on a slow template, or migrated a site without losing rankings.
  • Working knowledge of AEO and generative engine optimization, and a defensible point of view on what’s real.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud fluency, with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at minimum.
  • Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff.
  • Daily working use of AI tools, with specific examples of what you built or automated.
  • Comfort with a technical audience. You don’t need to write CUDA kernels, but you should be able to read a GPU spec sheet and lay it out without mangling it.
  • Precision on brand: typography, spacing, color, and copy consistency, without being asked twice.
  • Ability to work independently, manage several projects at once, and hold a deadline when the input arrives late.

Nice to Have

  • B2B experience in infrastructure, semiconductors, cloud, or AI and ML.
  • HubSpot CMS or Marketing Hub, beyond forms and tracking.
  • GSAP or comparable motion work on the web.
  • Interactive tools: pricing calculators, configurators, and comparison tables.
  • After Effects and Premiere for short-form video and motion graphics.
  • Accessibility remediation experience, including Section 508.
  • A site migration or replatform you owned.
  • Git, and comfort in a terminal.
  • Familiarity with the AI infrastructure landscape and the vocabulary that comes with it.
