Sales Development Representative
Help small businesses grow by connecting them with financing solutions that make equipment access faster, simpler, and more accessible.
Role Details
Modality: Hybrid — 4 days in office / 1 day work from home; Draper, UT
Schedule: Full-time; consistent weekly working hours
Compensation: $40,000 base salary + commissions and bonuses; On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately $60,000 annually

About the Role
The Sales Development Representative helps Clicklease grow by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers for the sales organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals and creating opportunities through outbound outreach.
The Team
You’ll join a collaborative Business Development team focused on driving pipeline growth and helping small businesses access financing solutions that support their success. The team works closely with Account Executives and leadership to create strong prospect experiences and generate meaningful business impact.
