The role

This is a hands-on, varied position that covers both the kitchen and the counter. Some shifts you'll be supporting the kitchen team — prepping, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Others you'll be out front, helping the baristas deliver the kind of warm, efficient service our customers come back for.

What you'll be doing

On the floor:

• Welcoming customers and keeping the shop looking great
• Clearing and sanitising tables throughout service
• Supporting the barista team during busy periods
• Restocking displays, fridges, and service areas
• Receiving deliveries and carrying out temperature checks
• Operating the till when needed

In the kitchen:

• Washing equipment, pots, pans, utensils, and crockery
• Keeping all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organised
• Supporting basic food prep under the direction of the kitchen team
• Receiving and correctly storing deliveries (FIFO stock rotation)
• Completing HACCP records and cleaning logs
• Reporting any maintenance or food safety concerns immediately

What we're looking for

• A positive, reliable person who takes pride in their work
• Happy to move between kitchen and floor duties as needed
• Good energy under pressure and a genuine team player
• Comfortable standing for a full shift and lifting up to 15kg
• Available for a range of shifts including early starts from 5:15am, mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Right to work in Ireland
• Minimum age 18

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person.

Kitchen: Kitchen Assistant → Chef de Partie → Kitchen Supervisor → Head Chef

Front of house: Junior Barista → Barista → Shift Leader → Assistant Manager → Shop Manager
