On the bar, you will be helping our experienced baristas and learning Coffeeangel’s way of doing things – from dialing in espresso and preparing filter coffee, to understanding workflow, speed, and quality. On the floor, you’ll look after guests with warm, genuine hospitality, manage orders and payments, and help keep the space running smoothly. In the kitchen, you’ll assist with simple food preparation and plating, making sure everything leaves the pass looking and tasting its best.

Responsibilities

• Work across the bar, floor, and kitchen, supporting the team wherever the shop needs you during the shift.
• Help prepare espresso-based and filter coffees, and assist with simple food preparation and plating to Coffeeangel standards.
• Provide warm, attentive service to guests, including greeting customers, taking orders, managing payments, and delivering food and drinks.
• Keep the café clean, organised, and calm by clearing tables, handling dishwashing, restocking, and following daily checklists.
• Follow Coffeeangel systems, recipes, and hygiene procedures to ensure consistency and quality across coffee, food, and service.

Requirements | what we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality role is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Genuine interest in specialty coffee, food, and customer service.
• Comfortable moving between bar, floor, and kitchen during a shift and helping wherever the team needs support.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems, checklists, and hygiene procedures.

Pay & Benefits

• €14.15–€14.40 per hour, depending on experience.
• Pension auto-enrolment with 1.5% employer contribution.

Career Development
