  • Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Leverage deep understanding of customer business strategy to identify new business opportunities, expansion paths, and platform upgrades in partnership with Sales and Pre-Sales.
  • Platform Enablement & Adoption: Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Conductor’s AEO features, leading strategic onboarding, user enablement, standard methodology training, and driving platform adoption across enterprise teams.
  • Cross-Functional Advocacy: Champion client needs internally, collaborating seamlessly with Dedicated Renewal Specialists, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams to resolve complex challenges and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Data Storytelling & Reporting: Construct compelling reports and customized dashboards to find the “story” in data, directly tying AEO and technical SEO performance to tangible business impact and ROI.
  • Risk Mitigation & Health Management: Proactively monitor account health metrics, platform utilization trends, and operational risks to ensure long-term account vitality and value realization.

Who You Are (Required Skills/Abilities)

  • Experience: 6 to 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep proficiency in Digital Marketing, with hands-on expertise or strong familiarity in SEO, AEO, content strategy, and web/IT infrastructure.
  • Executive Presence: Proven track record of consulting directly with C-suite executives and IT/procurement stakeholders, conveying complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech & Systems Fluency: Strong proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise analytics platforms. Comfortable navigating web-based technical conversations.
  • Commercial Acumen: Adept at account planning, discovery, value-mapping, and identifying account expansion opportunities (while leaving renewal mechanics to specialists).
  • Education & Travel: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel (10%+) for on-site client business reviews and adoption workshops.
