About the position:

We're excited to be bringing an Accountant into our close-knit finance team to support our financial operations across all global entities. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to support reporting, compliance and process improvements, ensuring we are preparing for significant growth as a global business.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy across Cullen Jewellery Group accounts.
  • Oversee the entity operations, providing support to external bookkeepers to ensure appropriate completion of daily accounting work streams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting processes, as well as analyse financial reports, in collaboration with the Finance Manager to provide insights on financial performance
  • Support the financial aspects of lease management and insurance renewals, working with relevant internal stakeholders.


What are we seeking?

  • Proven experience in an Accountant or similar position with a CPA or CA qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll, reconciliations, and/or statutory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing work demands.
