About the role

D-Wave is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on MRP, Supply Chain, and Finance systems. In this role, you will lead cross-functional system improvements that drive business value across Engineering and the broader organization. You will work closely with stakeholders — primarily Supply Chain, MRP, and PLM users — to gather requirements, develop technical documentation, and support the implementation and optimization of business systems. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to collaborate across teams, solve complex business problems, and help drive scalable system solutions. 

What you'll do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement enhancements within NetSuite, MRP, and PLM platforms 
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions 
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic planning for business system improvements 
  • Analyze operational metrics and collaborate with department leaders to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend process improvements 
  • Document workflows, business processes, requirements, and technical specifications using industry-standard practices 
  • Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives 
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform solution testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) 
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience while staying current with emerging platform capabilities and technologies 
  • Use project management and collaboration tools to track progress, communicate updates, and maintain stakeholder alignment 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams 
  • Work closely with internal development teams and external consultants to deliver successful system implementations and enhancements 

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments in a cross-functional environment 
  • 4+ years of experience working with MRP and/or PLM systems 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar MRP systems 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Fusion 360 Manage or similar PLM systems 
  • 2+ years of experience working with finance systems and financial data structures 
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting successful projects from initiation through implementation 
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies 
  • Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and use cases with clear, structured documentation 
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a high degree of adaptability and resourcefulness 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • High-level understanding of business system integrations and cross-platform data flows
