About the Job

At Dadosfera, our projects are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, generating real IMPACT wherever we operate.

As a Support Intern, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer success by providing continuous support and helping clients get the most out of the platform’s features. You will work closely with the Customer Success leadership team and also support the daily operation of Dadosfera’s on-site IT infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in a real technology-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Open and manage support tickets, documenting the actions taken to resolve incidents;
  • Assist clients via chat, phone, email, or other support tools, identifying needs and following best practices for problem resolution;
  • Provide basic on-site IT support at Dadosfera headquarters, assisting with workstation setup, peripherals, and connectivity issues;
  • Support IT inventory control, including tracking hardware, accessories, and software licenses;
  • Assist in the acquisition and organization of IT materials and equipment, such as laptops, monitors, and peripherals;
  • Help with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment, escalating more complex issues to senior team members or external vendors when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Basic programming knowledge;
  • Basic English proficiency;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships;
  • A proactive, hands-on profile, with a willingness to learn and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in or early experience with technology startups or Data & Analytics environments;
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
