You will lead product design for Hub, Daloopa's web workspace for institutional research analysts, sitting on a product team alongside a Product Manager and an engineering squad. Hub is the connective tissue of an analyst's quarterly cycle: AI-powered skills, company research, and financial data all come together here, and you own how analysts discover them, how dense company information gets organized and surfaced at the right moment, and how Hub hands off cleanly to Excel and AI agent surfaces. A slice of your time extends to DiamondGate, the internal platform that provisions everything you design in Hub, where the bar is clarity and error prevention at scale. This role rewards someone who finds dense, structured data energizing, who thinks in systems rather than screens, and who carries the same quality bar from customer-facing work to internal tooling. If you want to shape how analysts and AI agents navigate structured knowledge before the patterns exist, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design end to end on complex, high-impact product areas, from problem framing through shipped experience.
  • Partner with PMs and engineers to shape roadmaps and define product vision, backing strategic calls with evidence based design.
  • Turn business goals, customer insight, and technical constraints into experiences that feel simple even when the underlying data isn't.
  • Design information architecture for dense financial and configuration data, making complexity navigable instead of hidden.
  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted workflows: how analysts discover and trigger AI-powered analysis, command-based search, and handoffs across web, Excel, and agent surfaces.
  • Run strategic research with institutional investors and internal users, and translate what you learn directly into product direction.
  • Set the UX and visual quality bar across your product areas, and contribute to Daloopa's design system and reusable patterns.
  • Prototype fast to validate 0-to-1 concepts before committing engineering resources.
  • Own multiple projects running in parallel within a single product team.
  • Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to both the problem and the solution space.

Who You Are

  • You have 4-6+ years of product design experience, with significant time in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
  • Your portfolio shows strong information architecture and problem solving in data-dense domains: fintech, analytics, developer tools, or admin platforms.
  • You have shipped high-quality design for complex workflows, not just marketing-grade visuals.
  • You have designed configuration, settings, or admin experiences where error prevention and scale matter.
  • You think strategically and connect design decisions to business objectives.
  • You are grounded in design thinking and user-centered methodologies.
  • You communicate clearly and justify your decisions with rationale, working easily across teams and departments.
  • You are fluent in Figma and modern prototyping workflows, including AI-assisted design and coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to build functional prototypes.
  • You find dense, structured data energizing rather than intimidating, and think in systems rather than screens.
  • You have domain exposure to financial services, capital markets, or tools built for financial analysts.
  • You have designed for AI agents, LLM-powered products, or command-based interfaces.
  • You have designed across multiple connected surfaces: web, plugin or add-in, and agent.

Success Looks Like

  • Hub has moved from a data-download destination to the tool analysts open first and stay in through their quarterly cycle.
  • Analysts discover and invoke AI-powered skills without friction, and handoffs between Hub, Excel, and agent surfaces feel like one product.
  • DiamondGate configuration keeps pace with new capabilities and tiers shipping in Hub, with no misconfiguration incidents traced back to design gaps.
  • Daloopa's design system carries patterns you built into other product areas beyond Hub.
  • Rapid prototypes you've run have killed or validated multiple 0-to-1 concepts before engineering committed real time to them.

Apply

Show us a portfolio project where you turned dense, complex data into something navigable, not just pretty. Walk us through a system you designed for both the customer-facing and admin sides of the same feature. If you've used AI-assisted prototyping tools to build something real, bring it.
