About the role
Supports Finance & Administration Director and performs a variety of administrative duties. Provides administrative
assistance to F&A departments including Finance, Food Services, Maintenance, Property, and Purchasing. Supports F&A
function across departments.
What you'll do
- Perform administrative duties to include typing, filing, dictation, receiving and routing visitors, sorting, and distributing department mail, etc. and arrange details of meetings, participants, agendas, etc.
- Act as liaison between F&A Director and functional area department managers.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain files to include but not limited to creating, re-establishing, auditing, and purging of
- files in accordance with Company and Department of Labor standards and instructions.
- Input information into various systems in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of all entries.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner, as required.
- Answer employee questions related to F&A matters and/or provide resources to further assist.
- Proofread written material for accuracy, check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must have 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Minimum keyboarding skills - 55 wpm.
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
