What You'll Do
- Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting.
- Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
- Work with executives and department heads to set a financial goal and budget.
- Analyse market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required; advanced degree like Master's or MBA in Finance is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a finance role; management experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficient in databases, MS Office, financial software applications.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
