Part-Time Weekend Position | East West Urban Management Main Office

About the Role

Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences and making people feel genuinely welcome?

East West Urban Management is seeking a hospitality-driven Resident Services Coordinator to support our main office and multiple luxury residential communities. As a welcoming point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, you will help create exceptional first impressions while keeping daily services organized and secure.

This part-time weekend role blends resident service, front desk coordination, leasing support, package management, key control, and administrative responsibilities. You will also assist the leasing department by showing available units to prospective residents and helping them experience the quality and hospitality that define East West.

Your Role

·         Support multiple luxury residential communities from the East West Urban Management main office.

·         Create welcoming first impressions for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents.

·         Coordinate packages, keys, building access, moves, and daily resident service requests.

·         Assist the leasing department with professional and informative unit showings.

·         Help maintain a secure, organized, and hospitality-focused environment.

Job Details

Job Location: Denver, CO - East West Urban Management Main Office

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Status: Part-Time, Year-Round

Start Date: Immediately

What You'll Do

·         Deliver warm, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents in person, by phone, and electronically.

·         Assist the leasing department by conducting unit showings, answering general questions, and creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents.

·         Manage incoming packages by logging, labeling, organizing, and notifying residents promptly and accurately.

·         Maintain secure key control by verifying authorization, documenting checkouts and returns, confirming identification, and returning keys to the key bank promptly.

·         Coordinate approved real estate showings, broker access, move scheduling, required agreements, insurance documentation, and move monitors.

·         Provide neighborhood and building information while directing questions and calls to the appropriate team members.

·         Help maintain building access and security by following established guest, vendor, key, and access-control procedures.

·         Confirm front desk equipment and office electronics are operational and report issues when service is needed.

·         Provide light administrative support, including small printing and copying requests for residents.

·         Approach each responsibility with flexibility, ownership, and a hands-on mindset while supporting multiple communities as needed.

About You

We are looking for a dependable, service-minded professional who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and understands that thoughtful attention to detail shapes the resident experience.

Required Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, food and beverage, retail, reception, leasing, or a related administrative role.

·         Professional communication skills and the ability to listen carefully and respond respectfully to resident, guest, vendor, and prospective resident requests.

·         Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through when managing packages, keys, access records, moves, and schedules.

·         Comfort using computers, email, office equipment, and learning systems such as BuildingLink, key-bank, and fob-management platforms.

·         Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while communicating effectively with the broader team.

·         Ability to occasionally lift and carry items associated with packages and front desk operations.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in a luxury residential, hotel, concierge, leasing, or property management environment.

·         Experience conducting apartment, condominium, model, or vacant-unit showings.

·         Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.

·         Spanish language skills are a plus.
