We're seeking skilled Cooks to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our resort outlets. This role is ideal for culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their craft, and enjoy working alongside a talented team dedicated to quality and consistency.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Assist with daily food preparation and station setup to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation practices to support product freshness and minimize waste
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to kitchen leadership
• Follow all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety procedures in accordance with company and health department standards
• Collaborate with fellow culinary team members to support efficient kitchen operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment throughout each shift

Our standout candidate rings strong organization and time management skills to a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining consistency and attention to detail on the hot line. The right candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food with efficiency and care. Previous line cooking experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. ServeSafe certification is a plus, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn goes a long way.
