About the Role

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Spa Attendants to join our team through the J-1 Work & Travel Program for the winter season!

This seasonal opportunity offers international students hands-on experience in luxury spa hospitality while supporting daily operations, providing exceptional guest service, and participating in a cultural exchange experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome spa guests and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Assist with guest arrivals, facility orientation, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
• Replenish towels, robes, refreshments, and spa amenities.
• Support spa reception and daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with laundry, inventory, and supply organization.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and guest privacy standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards.

About You

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel Program.
• Currently enrolled in an eligible post-secondary institution outside the United States.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform routine physical tasks for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
