We are hiring Servers who can read the room's pulse, craft memorable moments, and turn high-volume service into an extraordinary performance. 

Duties Include:

You’ll set the tone for an energetic and unforgettable experience. Your role goes beyond taking orders and delivering drinks – you’ll engage with guests, stir up the fun, and create an atmosphere where people can unwind and let loose. Whether you're recommending the best bites or the perfect cocktail, your attention to detail and ability to connect with guests will ensure their time with us is lively and full of energy.

Location: Lobby Bar, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Schedule: Shifts start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm

The perfect candidate will be at least 21 years old and have strong organizational skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a solid knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and ingredients. With exceptional social skills and the ability to manage multiple guest needs at once, they’ll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Their confidence and attention to detail will ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
