Job Description:

Aubrant Digital is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support a large-scale identity environment spanning approximately 50,000 Azure/Entra ID users and 75,000+ SailPoint-managed identities. This role is accountable for identity governance, privileged access management, and federation across a complex, security-sensitive enterprise landscape.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Hands-on specialist experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration at enterprise scale (tens of thousands of users).
  • SailPoint Identity Governance experience, including identity lifecycle and access certification processes at scale (75,000+ identities).
  • CyberArk privileged access management (PAM) implementation and administration experience.
  • Ping Federation and federation protocol expertise (SAML, OAuth/OIDC).
  • Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Design and management of user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

Should-Have Requirements

  • Scripting ability (PowerShell, Python) to automate identity lifecycle and reporting tasks.
  • Experience supporting security compliance and audit requirements tied to identity governance.
  • Process-oriented mindset for identifying and closing access-governance gaps.

Could-Have / Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience with SSO/MFA rollout and adoption programs.
  • Exposure to zero-trust architecture principles
  • Experience integrating IAM platforms with ServiceNow for access request workflows.
