We are a “scratch kitchen” – most of our recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. Elements of our dishes, including the tasks necessary to produce them, are executed start to finish in-house.

This is a full-time position.

About the role

What you'll do

Learn and adapt to restaurant and event menus.

·         Prepare and cook food per recipes standards.

·         Ensure food stations are prepped, organized and clean.

·         Maintain company standards on safety, food quality, presentation and keeping on task with our brand. 

Qualifications

Understands and has experience with cooking methods, kitchen quality and portion size standards.

·         Has a passion for quality service and wants to give back to the community.

·         Is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a team environment.

·         Is self-motivated, can work well under pressure and can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

·         Can be flexible in his/her work schedule. Must have weekend/holiday availability.

·         Has a current Food Handlers Permit.

·         Can focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
