About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, and ensuring the timely preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate has strong experience using QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. This position is well suited for professionals who enjoy working with numbers, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting business operations through effective financial management.


What You'll Do:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process invoices, payments, and collections in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts regularly.
  • Maintain and update general ledger entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and report financial discrepancies.
  • Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, accountants, and external service providers as needed.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking when required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Business Administration (Major in Finance), or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, with significant hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
  • Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience supporting international clients, particularly US based businesses.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and basic taxation requirements.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • QuickBooks Online Certification is an advantage.
