About the role

Fresh Clinics is a purpose-driven community pioneering a new standard in aesthetic medicine. Our mission is to empower the next generation of cosmetic injectors by providing high-quality clinical mentorship and education grounded in safety and precision.

We are currently seeking an AHPRA Registered Nurse to join us on a casual bases, working out of Western Australia. In this role, you will deliver high-impact training and mentorship to our nurses and students, ensuring they obtain the skills required to administer treatments with excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you will travel to state-based clinics, or work in your own clinical space, member or student clinics, and booked venues to deliver Fresh Clinics foundational and upskilling courses.

What you'll do

• Lead the Academy: Deliver high-quality training and mentorship in cosmetic injectables, turning students into safe, precise, and confident injectors.
• Innovate Curriculum: Collaborate with our Senior Education Specialist to design and maintain evidence-based materials, including webinars and simulation models.
• Ensure Clinical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of safety in accordance with NSQHS, AHPRA, and TGA guidelines across all training environments.
• Foster Growth: Act as the clinical lead for onboarding and final sign-off, providing expert guidance and managing clinical inquiries via state-based support channels.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers and Medical Directors to identify regional training needs and implement up-to-date protocols for complication management.

We'd love you to have

• AHPRA Registered: Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Expert Injector: Minimum 3–5 years of post-registration clinical experience with extensive expertise in anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers.
• Qualified Educator: Proven experience in clinical training. Possession of a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.
• Values Aligned: A professional who leads with kindness, stays humble, and thrives in a "hustle hard" environment.
• Precision Focused: Deep knowledge of facial anatomy and a safety-first approach to patient assessment and risk management.
