At fullThrottle.ai, data drives the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Operations Analyst to maintain data integrity across operational systems and data sources. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and collaborates effectively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly complete cross-system audits, to maintain data integrity across all utilized operational systems.
• Oversee the timely communication and completion of all requested DMS feeds, ensuring that data connections from vendors to clients within FT.ai systems are accurate and up-to-date.
• Proactively identify and address feed issues, ensuring all data records meet quality standards and are integrated smoothly into systems. Communicate lagging feed issues to the relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Review and QA all new DMS feeds to confirm data accuracy and completeness, ensuring no issues with the feed integration.
• Provide ongoing support for Client Services teams on DMS integrations, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed, especially with vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve feed processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Provide support for various system integrations, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

What will make you successful in this role:

• 2+ years of experience in data operations, project management, and/or technical support roles ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with DMS systems and their integration with client and vendor platforms is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python and visualization tools is a plus. 
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring data is consistently accurate and compliant with quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and actionable updates for internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and drive efficiency improvements.
