Employment Type: On-Site, Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Role:

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor who takes full ownership of outbound operations and team performance. This is not a passive management role. This leader is responsible for results: order accuracy, shipping speed, team productivity, and operational discipline. The right candidate sets high standards, enforces them consistently, and is comfortable correcting issues in real time. If you are someone who treats team outcomes as your responsibility, thrives in fast-paced environments, and holds yourself and others accountable, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Operational Ownership

  • Manage all outbound shipments and daily fulfillment performance to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Process Improvement and Collaboration

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase fulfillment speed and accuracy.
  • Partner with inventory control to ensure stock levels remain accurate and fulfillment-ready.
  • Work closely with customer support and operations to resolve fulfillment-related customer issues.

Leadership Profile

  • You take full ownership of outcomes and do not make excuses.
  • You are comfortable speaking up, enforcing standards, and keeping the team on track.

  • You thrive under pressure and refuse to accept “good enough.”
  • You drive performance through structure, clarity, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse management, including proven leadership of outbound shipping operations and hands‑on supervision of a fulfillment or warehouse team.

  • Proficiency/previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the TCG industry or a strong passion for trading card games.

Results:

  • Team members meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards, supported by clear expectations, real‑time coaching, and consistent accountability.
  • The supervisor identifies inefficiencies and implements practical changes that increase output, reduce errors, and streamline team operations within the first 60–90 days.
  • Shipping delays, carrier issues, missing SKUs, and fulfillment‑related customer concerns are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved quickly.
