Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Location: Southeast Houston – (17629 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77058)
Hours: 40 hours per week

What you’ll do

• Maintain a caseload of up to 30 sessions per week (full-time)
• Conduct structured, outcome-driven therapy sessions
• Work with individuals, couples, and families
• Apply clinical modalities effectively and clearly
• Integrate biblical principles appropriately and confidently
• Mentor or support junior clinicians (optional, depending on role)
• Contribute to program development or specialization areas

Who we are looking for

We are looking for clinicians who are:

• Strong in both clinical thinking and communication
• Comfortable being directive and assertive when needed
• Able to clearly explain how therapy works to clients
• Grounded in biblical values and able to apply them appropriately
• Passionate about family restoration and long-term change
• Independent, accountable, and highly motivated
• Comfortable working across multiple populations
• Not just looking for a job—but a mission-driven role

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Ability to work in-person and telehealth
• Willingness to work Saturdays initially (Not a must, but does help grow caseload quickly.
• Minimum 24 hours per week
