We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Inpatient Unit on either our PRN Day Shift or PRN Night Shift team. If you're a skilled clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful difference, we'd love to meet you.

What you will do as a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Unit:
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and individualized hospice care for patients in our Inpatient Unit.
- Deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and manage pain and symptoms according to physician orders and hospice best practices.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes while ensuring comfort and quality of life.
- Educate patients and family members about the plan of care while providing emotional support throughout their hospice journey.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient care in the electronic health record.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Aides to ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospice regulations.
- Participate in on-call and holiday rotations as needed.
- Help create a calm, compassionate, and comforting environment for patients and families.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience; hospice, home health, community health, medical-surgical, or critical care experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Virginia driver's license and acceptable driving record

Schedule: PRN opportunities to join our day shift team or our night shift team, 12 hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7am)
