The HQ Administrator ensures the smooth operation and exceptional experience of the company’s office. This role focuses on day-to-day operational execution, office systems, logistics, and supporting the Customer Care Center.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including breakrooms, offices, and shared spaces.
- Order, restock, and manage office supplies, snacks, drinks, and essentials.
- Monitor and clean communal areas (fridges, storage) and coordinate minor facilities needs.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Manage room bookings for meetings and events.
- Coordinate, set up, and clean up corporate, executive, and offsite lunches.
- Support the Customer Care Center executives with administrative tasks
- Greet employees and visitors; direct phone calls appropriately.
- Maintain and update operational processes and workflows, implement repeatable systems, and document office standards to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable coordinating logistics across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve operational issues.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in a corporate environment.
- Ability to drive. Mileage reimbursed.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
