You'll work hand-in-hand with our Growth Account Executives and Customer Experience leadership, bringing the technical mastery that makes strategic visions become reality.

Own Support Excellence: Serve as the escalation point for your named accounts, ensuring every issue is resolved with the urgency these VIP customers deserve.

Requirements:
Nice-to-Have
The base salary compensation range for the position outlined is $126,000- $170,000, depending on location. This role reports to the Director of Solution Delivery and is classified as IC4.
