About the Role

Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our caregiving team. As a caregiver, you will play an important and meaningful role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. You'll provide essential non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans — helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they know best: home.

This is hands-on, relationship-driven work for someone who wants to show up consistently, build real connections with clients and families, and make a positive impact every single day. Our caregivers are trusted members of the care team who bring compassion, professionalism, patience, and respect to every shift. Job description:


What We Offer:

  • Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Based on experience and client needs)
  • Holiday pay- 1.5x standard rate for holiday shifts worked.
  • Hours: Whether you want a 5-hour side hustle or a 40-hour career, We will work with your schedule. Full Time/Part Time
  • Shifts: Varies by client (Weekdays, Weekends, Days, and Evenings available).
  • We value your time and your vehicle. We provide full mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Compassionate assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
  • Mobility & Safety: Safe transfer assistance and proactive fall prevention.
  • Companionship: Engaging and empathetic social interaction.
  • Daily Living: Light housekeeping, laundry, and general organization.
  • Nutrition & Transport: Meal preparation and driving for appointments/errands when needed.
  • Health Monitoring: Observing client well-being and updating family/management.

Requirements

  • Reliable Transport: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive national screening.
  • Professionalism: Proactive communication, punctual, and highly reliable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated and compassionate with a talent for building client relationships.
  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
