SUMMARY

The Programmatic and Digital Media Coordinator plays an important role in the day-to-day execution and stewardship of programmatic and paid social media campaigns while building a strong understanding of digital advertising channels and the digital paid media ecosystem. This is an entry level position, with hands-on training and experience in media platforms, tools and vendor communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a systematic thinker, and eager to learn and grow their knowledge of digital media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with campaign set up, trafficking, reporting, and ongoing campaign management.
• Monitor and optimize DSP and paid social media campaigns to hit performance goals. 
• Maintain strong QA and launch standards 
• Create campaign forecasts based on media plans and client objectives.
• Follow established processes and collaborate smoothly across teams. 
• Support the broader Media & Measurement team with requests for platform updates, data for reporting, vendor outreach, and assistance on POV/recommendation development.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related experience
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Detail oriented & able to multi-task
• Advanced Excel proficiency 
• Strong critical and strategic thinking 
• Intern/previous exposure to paid digital media (DSP, Ad Server, Social Media platforms etc. ) preferred
• Occasional travel may be required
