The role

We're looking forward to welcoming you as our next People Operations Intern. You'll join the People Operations team at our fulfillment center in Rangsdorf and get hands-on experience across the whole employee lifecycle — from a first contract to a last day, and everything in between. The internship runs full-time over three months and fits well around a semester break, a career change, or the months after you finish your studies.

Your Key Responsibilities 💼

. Support onboarding and offboarding, from contracts and document collection through to first-day setup

. Support the monthly payroll preparation: collect and check hours, absences, bonuses and shift data

. Ensure smooth and accurate data management across our systems

. Respond to daily employee requests on site

. Help prepare documentation for visa and work permit cases, and support recruiting operations

Your Profile ✨

• You are available full-time, on site in Rangsdorf, for three months

• You are interested in HR and People Operations — a background in HR, business, psychology or law is a plus

• You have a passion for structure and accuracy, and you follow things through

• You are discreet and handle confidential information with care

• You have a positive attitude, solution-oriented and work in a people-oriented manner

Bonus points 😊

• You have first practical experience in HR, recruiting, or administration

• You know the basics of German labor law

• You have already worked with tools like rippling, notion or fresh-service
