About Huntridge Labs

Overview

Huntridge Labs is a digital engineering company focused on delivering modern solutions for public benefit that are backed by emerging technologies.

Mission over Margin

We value serving the client mission over everything else. We believe there are too many public sector-focused firms in this industry that are distracted by their bottom line, forcing their customers and the public take a back seat. We started Huntridge Labs to be better. We are here to benefit the general public by helping the government solve critical technology challenges.

We Do Not Settle for Mediocrity

Our philosophy is "A's hire A's." As such, we hire top talent into every position. We roll up our sleeves to solve our industry’s toughest challenges, which requires incredibly talented people at our side. We offer one of the best benefits packages in the industry to prove our commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent. We also understand that our company may not be for everyone. Every new employee is subject to a 90-day probationary period. If this is not a good fit, we may decide to part ways. We will make sure you are taken care of financially until you can find a new role.

About You

Regardless of the role you are applying for, you will be a great fit in Huntridge Labs if this describes you:

  • You are a top performer in your current role
  • You are radically collaborative and transparent with your peers, clients, and leadership
  • You enjoy succeeding as a team
  • You love solving problems and trying new things
  • You hate bureaucracy, red tape, and wasteful processes
  • When you see something that's broken, you fix it
  • "That's not my job" doesn't exist in your vocabulary

If you do not meet the qualifications listed below, but believe you are fully capable of doing this job, please apply anyway.

The Role
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead delivery on an enterprise data platform program. You'll own the health of the program end to end — schedule, scope, risk, staffing, and the relationship with our government customer — while keeping our engineering teams unblocked and delivering in an Agile cadence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who runs disciplined programs, communicates crisply, and thrives at the intersection of technical delivery and federal stakeholder management.
What You'll Do

  • Own overall program delivery: cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk across all task areas
  • Lead contract kickoff and stand up the program, including the approach, work plan, and onboarding plan
  • Author and maintain the Project Management Plan — schedule, milestones, risks, and resource plan — and keep it current throughout the period of performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and government Program Manager/Product Owner; deliver clear, on-time status reporting and dashboards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum-of-Scrums, sprint demos, quarterly and roadmap reviews) with tight agendas, timeboxing, and documented decisions and action items
  • Manage staffing, subcontractor coordination, and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery on track
  • Track and deliver contract deliverables (status dashboards, staff rosters, issue logs, reports) on schedule and to standard
  • Identify risks and schedule issues early, and drive them to resolution with the customer and delivery teams

What You Bring

  • 7+ years managing technical programs or projects, including delivery of software or data/cloud solutions
  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams (Scrum/SAFe) and running program ceremonies
  • Strong command of program controls: scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and status reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent the company confidently to government stakeholders
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-vendor teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation
  • U.S. work authorization; must reside within the Continental U.S.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
  • Direct experience delivering on federal programs, ideally in a data, analytics, or cloud context
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS), data governance, or AI/ML program delivery
  • Experience with federal IT delivery frameworks and Agile governance
  • Veteran or military-affiliated candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Salary Range-$150-$155k

Delivery

Remote (United States)
