Your Mission:

Your mission is to own full-cycle recruitment for Inspiration Mobility. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, you will attract and hire top talent at all levels – from entry-level to executive – bringing operational rigor, sharp sourcing instincts, and a high bar for candidate experience to a small, high-performing HR team. You will also co-own the company's learning and talent development strategy, helping build the programs and infrastructure that grow our people after they're hired.

You will report to: Senior Director of HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle  from sourcing and screening to offer and close  for roles across the organization at every level, including senior and executive hiring
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing: direct outreach, social media, employee referrals, networking, and university partnerships
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define what “good” looks like for each role, calibrate on candidates, and structure and extend competitive offers
  • Own recruiting metrics and reporting  time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health  and use the data to continuously improve how we hire
  • Represent Inspiration at career fairs, networking events, and talent conferences, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and lead the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives – from needs assessment and skills gap analysis to program rollout and leading trainings – including management training, microlearning, and ongoing employee programming
  • Own the company's learning infrastructure: assess existing tools and processes, recommend and implement platforms as needed, track participation and effectiveness metrics, and continuously improve the L&D offering based on data and feedback
  • Partner with leaders to build and maintain career development frameworks, competency models, and succession-readiness tools that support employee growth at every level
  • Champion a candidate experience that is consistent, inclusive, and reflective of who Inspiration is

Who You Are:

  • You have 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience and have owned full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levels  including senior and executive hiring  and you have the results to show for it
  • You build real relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, so they see you as a trusted partner for hiring
  • You are a proactive sourcer who uses your sharp instincts to build a strong pipeline from scratch rather than waiting for candidates to come to you
  • You can juggle multiple open requisitions, competing priorities, and demanding stakeholders without letting the candidate experience slip
  • You bring hands-on learning and development experience – whether that's designing training curricula, facilitating leadership development programs, standing up learning tools and processes, or running skills-gap analyses – and you're excited to own this function alongside recruiting
  • Our core values (see below) are part of your inherent DNA, and you have examples of when you demonstrated these values in your career

Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 base + bonus eligibility
