The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.
· Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities
· Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements
· Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best
practices
· Deliver customer training and adoption support
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights
· Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives
· Support customer-facing presentations and industry events
· Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
· 5+ years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience
· Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare
technology systems
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
