What is the Role?

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Strategy & Enablement (SSE) Associate to support Intersection’s Revenue Team. In this role, no two days are the same—you will support revenue-driving initiatives, assist with revenue enablement, maintain data integrity within Salesforce, and collaborate on ad hoc strategic projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the media business from the inside out, work cross-functionally across departments, make a tangible impact, and grow long-term within our organization.

What you will accomplish:

  • Market & Prospecting Research: Analyze local media landscapes across Out-of-Home (OOH) and competing channels to identify target clients, build qualified prospect lists, and drive sales growth.
  • Tool Adoption & Internal Comms: Support the rollout and day-to-day adoption of sales tools and platforms, creating guides, centralizing key resources, and coordinating internal communications for the Revenue team.
  • Data & CRM Governance: Implement and maintain a tight validation process across all datasets and reports.  Ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com by auditing new and existing records.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build operational dashboards and support reporting needs using Excel, Salesforce, and other BI tools to surface key performance trends.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify ways to streamline daily workflows, improve technology adoption, and optimize team operations.
  • Special Projects: Assist the team with ad hoc strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects.

You're a great fit for this role because:

  • A Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: A curious mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and eager to take ownership of diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytically Minded: A problem-solver who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and translating findings into action.
  • Accountable & Quality-Driven: Takes full ownership of deliverables from start to finish, holding a high standard for accuracy, thoroughness, and polished final output.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or a business/analytical support role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (ability to work with formulas, pivot tables and data sets).
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
    • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Looker is a strong plus.
  • Work Ethic: A continuous improvement mindset with a proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks. You don’t just execute, you actively audit data quality, flag discrepancies, and pitch practical ideas to streamline reporting and team operations.

Total Cash compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
