Opportunity knocks – you could be our next Senior Account Manager.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and integrated growth marketing projects from strategy through execution. You will serve as a trusted senior contact for clients, translating their business goals into clear briefs, scopes, plans and measurable outcomes.

You will keep clients and cross-functional teams aligned while bringing clarity and discipline to budgets, timelines, scope and profitability. This means anticipating needs, addressing risks early and providing clear guidance as priorities or conditions evolve.

You will apply our Humanology methodology to turn human insight, data, creativity and technology into clearer decisions, stronger marketing programs and measurable growth. You’ll use performance results and emerging opportunities to guide strategy, recommend the right path for our clients and identify ways to deepen the client relationship.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and keeping the work focused on client goals and growth outcomes
• Translating client goals into clear briefs, plans and KPIs
• Leading integrated growth marketing projects from planning through execution
• Managing scopes, budgets, timelines and profitability, while identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Using performance data to guide optimization and provide clients with clear recommendations that strengthen performance and drive growth
• Briefing and aligning internal specialists around priorities, responsibilities and expected outcomes
• Collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional specialists to bring the right perspectives together, build alignment and strengthen the work
• Contributing to and leading account strategy, using client goals, audience insight and performance data to shape priorities, recommendations and growth plans
• Leading cross-functional teams, including sprint planning and resource prioritization
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client programs
• Mentoring teammates and bringing proven practices across accounts to support strong collaboration and delivery

Qualifications and skills:

• 6+ years in the marketing industry, agency experience required
• Strong experience leading integrated and digital marketing programs
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and strategic, multifaceted projects
• Ability to translate client goals into actionable briefs, plans and measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital channels, performance optimization and analytics
• Experience in coaching and mentoring others
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain composed, adaptable and solutions-focused as client priorities evolve
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and adopting new technologies to strengthen client work, decision-making and performance
