📌 About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, highly capable intern to work directly with the CEO for six months. You’ll help turn complex ideas about international law, arbitration, legal technology, and AI into clear, compelling speeches, presentations, and communications.

You’ll contribute to the CEO’s preparation for conferences and company events, help shape social and written content, and provide practical support on selected CEO-office projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to see how a global legal-tech company communicates, builds relationships, and develops its strategy.

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

  • Prepare speeches and presentations: Research audiences and topics; draft speech outlines, remarks, panel talking points, and briefing notes; build and refine presentation decks; and help prepare for rehearsals.
  • Support events and thought leadership: Help identify useful speaking opportunities and prepare for international law, arbitration, legal-tech, and internal events. Capture key ideas and insights, then help turn them into follow-up content.
  • Draft communications: Write and edit social posts, especially for LinkedIn, as well as event announcements, short articles, internal messages, and other CEO communications. Work with the CEO and relevant teams on review and approval.
  • Research emerging topics: Prepare concise briefs on international law and arbitration, AI and legal technology, and relevant industry developments to support speeches and communications.
  • Help plan and repurpose content: Maintain a simple calendar of upcoming speaking engagements and content needs; help adapt ideas into posts, articles, quotes, or other formats.
  • Provide general CEO-office support: Help prepare for travels, meetings, conferences, organize briefing materials, track follow-ups, and support other time-sensitive projects as needed.

⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Master’s-level studies in international law or international arbitration, or a closely related field.
  • A genuine interest in AI and how it may affect legal work.
  • Deep familiarity with using AI tools or legal-tech products.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with the ability to make complex subjects clear and engaging.
  • Strong visual communication skills: you can create or improve polished, well-structured presentations and other visual materials.
  • An interest in social media and professional communications, with good judgment about audience, tone, and accuracy.
  • A proactive, reliable, and responsive working style: you follow through, adapt to shifting priorities, and raise issues early.
  • A multicultural outlook and comfort working with people from different backgrounds and across international contexts is a plus.
  • Excellent English; French or other languages are an advantage.

You’ll get

  • Direct experience working with the CEO of an international legal-tech company.
  • The opportunity to contribute to speeches, events, and communications reaching the international law, arbitration, and legal-tech communities.
  • Exposure to the intersection of international law, AI, and entrepreneurship.
  • A varied six-month role with opportunities to develop your writing, research, presentation, and communications skills.
