As a Play Crew Member, you’ll help keep the fun going! You’ll work with your teammates to provide excellent guest service, monitor play areas, maintain a clean facility, and help families enjoy a memorable Kids City experience.

🎈 What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist children and families throughout their visit.
• Monitor play areas and help maintain a safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, and common areas.
• Assist with admission, check-in, and front desk duties as needed.
• Help prepare and clean party rooms for birthdays and special events.
• Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all Company policies, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
• Support your teammates and assist with other assigned duties.

• A positive team player and clear communicator.
• Able to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Previous customer service, childcare, food service, or entertainment experience is helpful—but not required. We are happy to train the right person!

📅 Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available for either:

• At least two weekdays and one weekend day; or
• Both Saturday and Sunday

Additional availability is preferred and may provide more scheduling opportunities. Applicants should also be available for holidays and school breaks as needed.

Schedules and weekly hours may vary based on availability, staffing, and business needs. Specific shifts or hours are not guaranteed.

🏅 Certifications That Make You Stand Out

The following current certifications are a plus but are not required:

• CPR/ First Aid/ AED (Adult, Child and Infant)
• Food Handler Certificate
