Summary
We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to join our growing team, oversee the art direction for Latitude.sh, and create compelling visual deliverables that enhance our marketing efforts.
We seek a self-starter and hands-on professional to drive our creative direction and ensure that all visual deliverables reflect our brand positioning and product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and evolve a creative strategy aligned with the company's goals and the product vision.
- Create and improve visual assets for multiple formats and adapt them across different channels.
- Drive the creative vision, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand across all creative projects.
- Manage end-to-end graphic design projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Produce creative concepts, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final art files for multiple deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Support the broader work of the Marketing team, including deliverables for cross-team projects and demands from other departments.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in projects for tech companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in the fundamentals of graphic design, including typography, layout, color, and user-centered design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects in multiple formats.
- Proficiency in both digital and printed graphic design deliverables.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Discipline to adapt to changes and openness to continuously learn new subjects are critical.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is needed.
- Excellent written communication skills in English are mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Proven international experience of at least 6 months in a professional or academic environment is a huge plus.
