For over 30 years, Alder has been a trusted guide for more than 5,000 families across Greater Boston, helping them navigate the aging journey with compassion, clarity, and expert care. Our life care managers are seasoned social workers and nurses, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support, from coordinating medical care and assessing home safety to attending appointments and facilitating meaningful family conversations.
Deeply rooted in the community, we leverage a broad professional network to connect families with trusted resources and foster collaboration across disciplines. Whether offering occasional consultations or urgent crisis support, we tailor our involvement to meet each individual’s unique needs. At the heart of our work is a simple goal: to help families approach the practical and emotional aspects of aging with confidence.
The Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Clinical Talent Partner to drive our clinician hiring across the entire Northeast region. In this role, you will own full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized Aging Life Care Managers—targeting experienced healthcare professionals holding OT, PT, RN, or LICSW credentials.
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a strategic talent partner to clinical leadership. You will build talent pipelines in established hubs (New England and Greater New York) while scaling our footprint across expanding Northeast markets.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Lifecycle Clinical Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and close top-tier clinicians (OTs, PTs, RNs, LICSWs) specializing in aging care, case management, and home/community-based care.
- Regional Talent Strategy: Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across the Northeast, balancing immediate hiring needs in primary hubs (New England and Greater New York) with long-term candidate pipelines in expansion territories.
- Proactive Sourcing & Talent Networking: Direct-source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare job boards, professional associations, alumni networks, and local clinical communities.
- Clinical Vetting & Experience Screening: Evaluate candidates not only on licensure and clinical background, but also on communication skills, empathy, autonomy, and adaptability in non-traditional care settings.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and regional clinical leaders to align on hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and streamline interview loops.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and empathetic recruitment journey that reflects Alder’s mission and care-first values.
- Offer & Compensation Management: Manage offer generation, negotiation,, and closing protocols in alignment with market benchmarks.
- Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain ATS accuracy, measure key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel effectiveness), and report on pipeline health.
Required skills / experiences:
- Experience: 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused specifically on clinical/healthcare recruiting (RN, OT, PT, LCSW/LICSW, or case management roles).
- Licensure Awareness: Deep understanding of healthcare licensures (RN, OT, PT, LICSW), credentialing, and multi-state licensure nuances across Northeast states (MA, NY, CT, NJ, RI, etc.).
- Geographic Familiarity: Strong knowledge of the healthcare talent landscape in Massachusetts (Greater Boston/Newton) and New York (Westchester/Hudson Valley/NYC metro).
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive clinical talent through creative sourcing methods beyond standard job post applicants.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate Alder's mission and value proposition effectively to prospective candidates.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where agility and cross-functional collaboration are key.
