Project Associate

Full-Time | US Remote | EST or MST

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Associate (PA) supports one or more Project Managers or Account Managers in running market research studies. You will handle project administration, keep recruitment and quota tracking accurate, work with the recruiting and onsite teams, and act as the main point of contact when your PM is out of the office. Project and account support needs shift with the volume, scope, and complexity of incoming work, so no two weeks look exactly alike.

There is room to grow here. Project Associates with 3+ years at L&E, a sustained record of high performance, and the ability to support projects at any stage from bid to bill can earn the Senior Project Associate designation, which adds training and mentoring newer team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Request W-9 forms for participant incentives of $2,000 or more.

Recruitment & Study Support

  • Support the PM in overseeing the recruiting team by giving direction, sharing updates, and approving time entries.
  • Relay schedule changes, cancellations, and replacements to the onsite team while studies are underway, working with the PM and recruiting team.
  • Update daily project progress reports and check recruitment and quota tracking for accuracy, as directed by the PM.
  • Review newly scheduled participants to confirm they meet study qualifications and quotas.
  • Record feedback on recruiter performance for the PM to use in end-of-project evaluations.

Communication & Coverage

  • Stay current on internal and client communications so you can answer questions and pass along direction on the PM's behalf.
