Why Owner Experience at LocalVR

Headquartered in Denver, CO, LocalVR blends the personal care of a local operator with industry-leading technology and data. Owner Experience is the team that makes that promise real for the people who trust us with their homes.

What We Are Looking For

Owner Experience is where LocalVR's promise gets kept. As an Owner Experience Manager, you own the relationship with the people who trust us with their homes and their investment. You lead with care and genuine hospitality, building the kind of trust that turns owners into long-term partners, while running your portfolio like a book of business. You dig into the numbers behind each property and give owners guidance that changes their bottom line. Whether you are strengthening a relationship or turning a property around, you see what an owner needs and make it happen. If you like owning outcomes, caring for people, and using data to tell a story owners act on, this is one of the most important seats in the company.
