What you'll do

• Run tow and roadside calls sent by dispatch: tows, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery
• Load and secure vehicles on flatbeds and wheel-lifts safely, without damage
• Log every call in Towbook in real time, with photos, times and notes
• Do pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and report problems right away
• Be professional with stranded drivers, fleet customers and police

What you need

• Valid Michigan chauffer's license and a clean driving record
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outside in any weather
• Preferred: towing experience, AAA Roadside,
