About the role

• The Care Specialist plays an important role in delivering an exceptional experience to Mixlab customers and helping ensure pets receive their medications quickly and seamlessly. In this remote, customer facing role, you’ll support customers through phone, text, and email while coordinating with veterinarians, pharmacists, and our Pharmacy Support team to manage prescriptions and deliveries. We’re looking for someone with at least two years of customer service experience who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates effectively, stays organized across multiple priorities and digital platforms, and approaches every interaction with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and customer first mindset.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls/texts/emails from customers, and then coordinate with veterinarians and Mixlab Pharmacist to get our customers their prescriptions in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Pharmacy Support team to schedule deliveries via Mixlab couriers and UPS shipping
• Delight our customers and build their loyalty through excellent customer service 
• Navigate various digital platforms
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Prioritize and problem solve
• Suggest process improvements
• Clock in on time for scheduled shifts

About you

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years experience working in customer service such as call center, retail, cafe, restaurant, etc
• Positive Attitude
