Our Construction Department plays a hands-on role in restoring natural ecosystems through site preparation, grading, seeding, planting, erosion control, and forestry work, turning technical plans into thriving landscapes.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Equipment Operator/Field Laborer to join our Construction team based in Glyndon, MN. This hybrid role blends equipment operation and hands-on field installation work, depending on project needs, to support a wide range of ecological restoration and construction projects.
You’ll operate equipment when required and perform physical field and installation work when projects call for it. This role is ideal for someone with construction, agriculture, landscaping, or equipment experience who values variety, teamwork, and working outdoors.
This is a field-based position that includes regular travel to project sites, including some overnight stays, especially during the busy spring–fall season.
